Lillian and Gus toast 60th wedding anniversary

Lillian and Gus Lehane of Earlwood Estate, The Lough, Cork celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary ‘cocooned’ while their family helped them mark the special occasion on Saturday. They may be cocooning and have some of their children living on the other side of the world, but that didn’t stop them from celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary — together but apart.

Lillian and Gus Lehane toasted their milestone diamond anniversary at home on the southside of Cork city on Saturday with some of their children looking in from the back garden, while the others joined in online.
