Judge gives Cork mother benefit of doubt after children found in 'horrific' condition
A mother accused of neglecting her four-year-old son and 18-month-old daughter, who were described as being in a “horrific” condition, has had the case against her dismissed.
Diarmuid Kelleher, solicitor, said the mother of two had been prescribed Lyrica tablets prior to this and had complained only days earlier of experiencing dizziness.
