Jo-Ann O'Sullivan has been awarded €302,000 in High Court damages over a traffic accident that worsened a neck injury she had sustained a few months earlier.

A woman has been awarded €302,000 in High Court damages over a traffic accident which worsened a neck injury she had sustained a few months earlier when she hit her head off an electricity box.

Jo-Ann O'Sullivan (31), Laburnam Grove, Commons Road, Blackpool, Cork, sued over the accident on August 27, 2016 when a car driven by Agnieszka Brozda, Brookville Estate, Glanmire, Co Cork, collided with the rear of a car in which Ms O'Sullivan was a passenger.
