Couple who owed over €1m in arrears lose appeal over repossession order on €2m home

A businessman and his wife, who owe more than €1m in mortgage arrears, have lost their High Court appeal against a possession order for their €2m south Dublin family home.

Bank of Ireland obtained the possession order in April 2019 from the Circuit Court for the home at Brighton Avenue, Foxrock, of Adrian Blanc and his wife, Lucille.
