The Children’s Ombudsman Niall Muldoon has criticised both the HSE and Tusla for not adequately making plans for disabled children in care.

A report published today by the Office of the Children’s Ombudsman (OCO) called Molly Two Years On outlines significant progress made to improve supports and services available to children with moderate to profound disabilities in the care of the State.
