Man arrested following Sligo drug seizure

A man has been arrested following a drugs seizure in Sligo yesterday.

As part of an ongoing investigation into drug dealing in the area, Gardaí searched a property is Castle Burn, Ballymote, where around 100 thousand euro worth of cannabis was found.

A sum of cash was also recovered.

A man in his 30s was arrested and taken to Ballymote Garda Station for questioning.
