RTÉ Director General defends stars' high pay and claims licence fee is value for money

RTÉ's Director General Dee Forbes has told an Oireachtas committee the licence fee is good value for money.

Ms Forbes has also defended the high pay of some of its staff and said presenters have a difficult job that not everyone can do.
