Latest: Major Cork car park fire brought under control; At least 60 vehicles damaged

Latest: At least 60 cars have been damaged, many beyond repair, in a major blaze at a multi-story car park on the southside of Cork city tonight.

Latest: Firefighters have brought the large blaze at a multi-storey car park in Cork under control.

They have prevented the blaze at the Douglas Village Shopping Centre car park from spreading to the adjoining shopping centre building.
