Man, 20s, seriously injured following collision between motorcycle and car in Galway

A man in his 20s has been seriously injured following a collision in Galway.

The collision involving a motorcycle and a car happened in Oranmore.

Gardaí said that the motorcyclist received serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital Galway.

The incident occurred at around 5pm on Wednesday.

No other injuries were reported.

Gardaí added that investigations are ongoing.
