Vulnerable young woman is unable to keep herself safe, court told

An urgent inquiry into the mental capacity of an extremely vulnerable young woman has been ordered by the High Court due to "profound" concern she is unable to keep herself safe.

The woman, aged in her early 20s, has a family history of mental health concerns and domestic violence.
