Court hears family dispute over mother's will cannot proceed as one of siblings, a priest, faces drug charges in US

A dispute between six siblings over their late mother's will cannot proceed before the High Court because one of the parties, a Catholic Priest, has been charged with drug offences in the United States.
New York-based Fr Michael O'Leary, 50, was arrested by New York police in the early hours of St Patrick's Day, March 17 last after they found him and another man in a vehicle.
