A High Court dispute involving a Catholic priest facing drug charges in the United States and his siblings over their late mother's will won't be heard until the Autumn.

New York-based Fr Michael O'Leary, who is facing drug charges in the US, is not prevented from travelling to Ireland to give evidence in a dispute involving him and his siblings over their late mother's will.

A dispute between six siblings over their late mother's will cannot proceed before the High Court because one of the parties, a Catholic Priest, has been charged with drug offences in the United States.
