Claim over alleged agreement for breeding of falcons comes before High Court

A dispute over the breeding of falcons between an Abu Dabhi-based businessman and two people living in Co. Wicklow has come before the High Court.

The action has been brought by United Arab Emirates-based Abdullah Rashid Ahmed Almana Mansoori against Kenneth Smith and Laura Churchard, both of Hawkslodge, Toolestown, Dunlavin, Co Wicklow.
