A 29-year-old man is due in court this morning in relation to the seizure of €63,000 worth of drugs in Dublin.

Heroin with an estimated value of €16,000 along with cannabis valued at €47,000 was discovered at a house in Tallaght yesterday.

<p> Volunteers attending the DMax 7.7 fitness event, in honour of Darragh McCarthy, who tragically passed away last year at just 21 years of age. The sold-out fitness event saw over 300 competitors take on DMax 7.7 featuring seven fitness stations, lasting seven minutes per station with a two minute transition between station. Competitors entered in teams of two and tested their strength, endurance and mental resilience across a series of challenges including rope skipping, ski-erg, medicine ball, assault bike, rowing, burpee box jumps and wall balls.
