Councillor in RTÉ Investigates probe fails to be joined in legal challenge by another councillor

The High Court has refused a county councillor's application to be allowed to be part of a legal challenge by another councillor over an ethics inquiry.

The Standards in Public Office (SiPO) Commission is investigating whether three councillors breached ethics when they were the subject of an RTE Investigates programme.
