Body of woman found in her Kilkenny home may have been there for several days

Gardaí are not treating as suspicious the discovery of an elderly woman’s body at her home in Kilkenny on Thursday evening.

The woman’s body was discovered when the driver of a food delivery van attempted to drop groceries into her house in Castlecomer, Co Kilkenny.
