'Pontificating won't change what young men do in cars' - says judge after boy settles crash case

A Donegal teenager who suffered catastrophic injuries when the car in which he was a passenger hit a telegraph pole and ended up on its roof has settled his High Court action for €4.5m.

Jake McGrath was in a car owned by one of his brothers and driven by another brother when the accident happened in April 2014.
