Judge criticises hospital's discharge of intellectually disabled Traveller woman

The president of the High Court has voiced serious concern that an intellectually disabled Traveller woman who is a ward of court ended up in a cramped caravan on an unofficial halting site after being discharged from hospital without any court application.
