Minister must reconsider work permit refusal for head chef at Chinese restaurant, High Court rules

A former head chef at a Chinese restaurant who was refused a renewal of his work permit must have his case reconsidered by the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, the High Court ruled.
