Irish professor to chair UNESCO/DCU anti-bullying initiative

Dublin City University has announced the appointment of Prof. James O’Higgins Norman as holder of the UNESCO Chair on Tackling Bullying in Schools and Cyberspace.

He is currently Director of the National Anti-Bullying Centre in DCU.
