Engineering works to disrupt Luas services until tomorrow morning

There will be further disruption to part of the Luas red line in Dublin today.

It is due to engineering works being carried out by the operator.

The Luas Red Line between Blackhorse and Connolly / The Point will be temporarily closed again today.

This partial closure is to facilitate essential engineering works on the Red Line.

Luas track rails will be replaced and the works will take around 48 hours to complete.

As a result, a replacement bus service will serve all stops between Blackhorse and Connolly / The Point approximately every 15 minutes.

People will need a valid Luas ticket to use the replacement bus service and Luas staff will be at closed stops to direct passengers to it.

Services will return to normal from 7am tomorrow.
