Latest: A man and a teenager who drowned off the north Donegal coast after the boat they were in capsized have been named locally.

Update 1pm: A man and a teenager who drowned off the north Donegal coast after the boat they were in capsized have been named locally.

The man in his 60s was Gerry Doherty and the 16-year-old was Thomas Weir.
