Chinese woman who 'became profoundly mentally ill' after being knocked down by car in Dublin is awarded €256,000

A 36-year-old Chinese woman who suffered post-traumatic stress disorder after she was knocked down by a car on a Dublin street has been awarded more than €256,000 by a High Court judge.
