The Minister for Justice and Equality, Charlie Flanagan TD, has expressed concern at the impact future Brexit arrangements may have on criminal justice arrangments between Ireland north and south, Britain and the EU.

Mr Flanagan made the comments as he outlined the wider concerns about possible consequences of the UK withdrawal from the EU and has also provided an insight into just some of the steps his Department has been taking as it prepares for Brexit.
