Court hears how boy, 17, remains in psychiatric hospital due to dispute over supports

A High Court judge has warned the HSE and the Child and Family Agency of a "pressing need" to resolve their dispute over providing supports essential for a vulnerable youth to be moved to an appropriate placement.
