The mother of a man found hanging in a prison cell told staff he had threatened to kill himself a few hours before his death, a report has found.

David O'Driscoll, 30, died on August 12th, 2016 at Maghaberry Prison in Antrim after he was found in a cell in the jail's committal house seven hours after arriving at the unit.
