Efforts by the PSNI to tackle crime are being hindered by a reluctance within some partner organisations to work with officers over fears of dissident republican reprisals, inspectors have found.

Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services (HMICFRS) found that the police in the North were doing a good job, particularly in the context of the powersharing vacuum.
