Surge in northern unionists applying for Irish passport down to scare stories: DUP

Brexit scare stories are prompting unionists in Northern Ireland to apply for Irish passports, a Democratic Unionist MP has said.

East Antrim MP and committed Brexiteer Sammy Wilson said he signed two or three applications for Irish passports every week, some of them on behalf of DUP voters.
