Bosses at Áras Attracta care home 'spent disabled residents' savings on computers'

The Health Service Executive (HSE) used 9,000 euro of savings belonging to intellectually disabled people in a scandal-hit care home to buy them tablet computers.

Update 3.53pm: The scandal-hit Áras Attracta care home may close in the coming months if conditions do not improve.
