A man in his 30s has been arrested following an assault and robbery in Newbridge, Co Kildare today.

A man in his 30s has been arrested following an assault and robbery in Newbridge, Co Kildare today.

The victim was returning to his car on Main Street when he was attacked and had his car stolen.
