Investigation launched after death of four-year-old girl in Offaly

An investigation has been launched after the sudden death of a four year old girl in County Offaly.

The young girl from Cloughjordan, Co Tipperary was killed after an incident at a house last Saturday.

The house in Shinrone is currently under construction.

She was brought to University Hospital Limerick where she was pronounced dead.
