Locals win High court challenge against use of hall as accommodation for homeless

The conversion of the hall into a hostel was ruled to be in material contravention of the area's local development plan.

The future of a Dublin City centre based hostel used as accommodation for homeless people is uncertain following a ruling by the High Court today.
