Retired waitress, Kathleen McNicholas, originally from Co Mayo and living in Manhattan, New York, USA, , is suing Olive Cunningham (otherwise Llewellyn), Rockfield Park, Galway, and her sister Ann Cunningham, Fursey Road, Shantalla, also Galway.
