High Court defers decision on allowing HSE to administer contraceptive implants to 'deeply unwell' woman

An application by the HSE for court orders permitting contraceptive implants to be administered to a mentally ill young woman has been adjourned for future consideration, writes Ann O'Loughlin of the Irish Examiner.

The woman has indicated opposition to such implants, the court heard.
