Cork soccer player's father insists case was about alleged bullying, not about his son not getting a game
The father of a teenage soccer player, whose claim against his former club for psychological injury was dismissed yesterday, has said he would take the case again if he had his time over.
Seán Cooke of Highfields, Ballea Road, Carrigaline, who is now 18, had his case against Carrigaline United for psychological injury dismissed by a judge yesterday in Cork.
