Charlie Flanagan claims Brexit plan could be 'painful'

Brexit could be "painful" for both Britain and Ireland, the Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan has warned.

Minister Flanagan also called the Brexit vote "a bad decision", adding that Ireland should not be placed at more of a disadvantage than the UK as a result of its decision to leave.
