Update: 1.20pm: Gardaí have confirmed that the man in 60s has passed away and said a post mortem is due to take place.

Earlier: A man has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after he fell into a lake in Co Tipperary this morning, writes Patrick Flynn.
