Update 10.45pm: The former Chief Executive of the Rehab Group has said she is 'very disappointed' with today's High Court ruling that comments made to her during a 2014 hearing of the Public Accounts Committee were protected by absolute privilege.

In a statement issued this evening, Angela Kerins said she is currently reviewing the court's written judgement with her legal advisors, but will not be making any decisions at this stage.
