37 Syrian refugees welcomed to Co Clare

37 Syrian refugees have arrived in county Clare.

The eight families have relocated to Ennistymon under the UNHCR’s resettlement programme

Clare county council says they will be offered every assistance to familiarise themselves with the area.

Another family is due to arrive to Clare in the coming weeks.
