Two pedestrians killed in Co Louth road collision

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a crash that's claimed the lives of two women near Ardee County Louth this evening.

The victims, who were in their sixties, were knocked down by a car as they walked across the N2 Dublin to Derry Road at Huntstown at around 6.30pm.
