Young man's body taken from Dublin's Grand Canal

The body of a young man has been taken from the Grand Canal in Dublin.

The discovery was made near Harcourt Terrace by members of the Garda water unit, who had been searching the area for a man in his 20s.

The man was missing since Friday.

The remains have been removed to the city morgue where a post mortem will take place tomorrow.
