Gerry Adams 'scolded' by Taoiseach for referring to the President as 'Michael D'

The leader of Sinn Féin has been scolded by the Taoiseach, for referring to the President by his first name.

Gerry Adams was referring to a speech made by President Michael D Higgins last week, in a debate about emigrant voting.
