I Care to buy houses destined for repossession and allow owners to stay

David Hall, has announced that he has established a new organisation called I Care Housing.

The project, announced on The Ray D'Arcy Show, is designed to buy houses that are destined for repossession and allow the current owners stay there as social tenants.
