Heterosexual couple who want civil union prepare for High Court battle

A heterosexual couple is calling on the Government to allow anyone to enter a civil partnership, no matter what their sexuality.

Rebecca Steinfeld and Charles Keidan lost a legal challenge in January, after arguing they wanted a civil partnership instead of a marriage.
