Temple Bar launches festival to 'encourage Dubliners' to tourist hotspot

The Minister for Social Protection Leo Varadkar will try to encourage even more visitors to Temple Bar later when he launches a new festival of culture.

The 'View' will run from November 16-20, and promises a unique mix of debate, comedy and politics.
