Westmeath crash claims second woman's life; third woman in critical condition

A second woman has died from injuries sustained in yesterday's crash in Westmeath in which two cars and a truck collided.

A 38-year-old passenger in one of the cars died at the scene yesterday. (Initial garda reports said the driver had died.)
