PSNI detain man in human trafficking probe

A 55-year-old man has been arrested by detectives investigating human trafficking in the North.

He was detained on Wednesday in Belfast and is being interviewed at a police station in the city.

Detective Inspector Mark Bell, from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's human trafficking unit, said: "This investigation has been running for a number of months and has involved inquiries in a number of jurisdictions."
