Brazil judge accepts charges against Pat Hickey and eight others

A judge in Brazil has accepted charges against former Olympic Council of Ireland President Pat Hickey.

Mr Hickey, THG sports director Kevin Mallon and eight others are accused of being involved in ticket touting at the Rio games amongst other charges.

The court has also retained their passports, ordered that the men remain in Brazil and enforced a 10pm curfew.

It is believed it could be several months before the case is heard in court.
