Dublin boy, aged four, drowns in Caribbean swimming pool

A four-year-old boy from county Dublin has died after a drowning incident in the Caribbean.

Finn McCarthy from Blackrock lost his life in a swimming pool in Puerto Rico on Saturday afternoon.

The Department of Foreign Affairs says it is providing consular assistance to the boy's family.

It's understood they had just moved to the area in recent weeks.
