Kevin Mallon release on bail delayed due to 'lack of ankle tags'

Update 8.39pm: Irishman Kevin Mallon's release on bail from high security Bangu prison has been delayed.

It is understood the setback is because Brazilian authorities have no electronic ankle tags.
